TCA Awards 2014, nomination: True Detective meglio di Breaking Bad e The Good Wife

Sono stati annunciati i candidati ai trentesimi Television Critics Association Awards, i premi assegnati dalla critica televisiva americana alle serie, ai programmi e ai protagonisti del piccolo schermo. True Detective ha fatto incetta di nomination, ottenendone quattro, una per ogni categoria dove poteva essere candidata: la serie drammatica noir HBO proverà ad aggiudicarsi i premi per il migliore attore (Matthew McConaughey), miglior miniserie (nonostante agli Emmy sia stato inserito nella categoria Miglior drama), miglior nuovo programma e soprattutto miglior programma dell’anno (insieme a Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, The Good Wife e Orange is the new black).

Hanno ottenuto candidature multiple anche The Good Wife e Breaking Bad (3), Louie, The Mindy Project, Veep, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Game of Thrones, Orange is the New Black, Fargo e The Big Bang Theory (2).
