People’s Choice Awards 2014, vincitori: premi per The Big Bang Theory, Castle, Glee, e The Walking Dead

Sono stati annunciati i vincitori dei quarantesimi People’s Choice Awards, i riconoscimenti a suffragio popolare che premiano le migliori produzioni televisive e cinematografiche e i protagonisti del piccolo e del grande schermo. Nelle categorie seriali c’è stato grande equilibrio, a tal punto che ben sette show hanno ottenuto due riconoscimenti a testa: The Big Bang Theory (miglior comedy e Kaley Cuoco migliore attrice), The Good Wife (miglior drama e Josh Charles migliore attore), Castle (miglior crime drama e Stana Katic migliore attrice), Glee (Chris Colfer migliore attore, Rachel e Santana migliori amiche), The Walking Dead (miglior drama via cavo, Rick Grimes migliore anti-hero), The Vampire Diaries (Ian Somerhalder migliore attore sci-fi/fantasy e Damon e Elena migliore chimica) e Beauty and the beast (migliore serie sci-fi/fantasy e Kristin Kreuk migliore attrice sci-fi/fantasy). Tra le nuove serie ottengono un premio Reign, Super Fun Night, The Originals (grazie a Joseph Morgan), The Crazy Ones (grazie a Sarah Michelle Gellar) e Orange is the new black (migliore serie tv in streaming).
